When established, the Core will:
- provide a centralized information source on all Center-related human studies and assist Center researchers in obtaining access to these study populations;
- directly provide certain resources to Center investigators, including assistance with Institutional Review Board applications, expert help with study design and statistical power calculations;
- provide Center investigators access to novel or specialized methods, including neuroimaging, behavioral assessment, genetic analyses, and community research methods;
- serve as a clearinghouse of additional, fee-for-service resources, and facilitate their use by Center investigators;
- provide funds to cover the cost of fee-for-service services.
